Home to the largest selection of Single Malt, Bourbon, Rye, Scotch and Irish, the Shebeen is a must see for whisk(e)y lovers. Located in a separate building, in a private courtyard behind the Heather, Shebeen has its own front door, bar, bartender and space for 60 guests.

Shebeen is very popular for private parties, wakes, book launches, corporate workshops, wine/whisk(e)y tasting, small weddings, etc. While Shebeen shines as a small event location it is also a fantastic spot for a quiet drink, or a meal with your pals.
Parking
You can park on the street (the meters run till 10:00, 7 nights a week), or at the EasyPark on Water St. - it's a secure, patrolled lot with 600 spaces, just a block away from our door. There is more information available on EasyPark's website.
If you're not familiar with Gastown (or if you're a visitor to Vancouver), you can get directions to our location from Google Maps.
Taxis
Taxis pick up and drop off at the Irish Heather front door.
Shebeen opens at 6pm from Tuesday-Saturday, but can open other hours for private events. BC law does not permit minors in Shebeen.

After dinner we wandered through Gastown to Irish Heather, and then wandered through Irish Heather to their backroom whiskey house, the Shebeen. One smoky Scotch flight later, I was one happy birthday girl.

HEATHER HOSPITALITY GROUP
We take a limited number of reservations each night, and the remainder of the room is first come first seated. Please contact us directly at (604)688-9779 to make reservations or make an online reservation here.
We do accept large and private parties and would ask you to either fill out this form or email us with your group's details for bookings of over 10 people.
On Friday we open at 5pm all other days are 6pm but can open other hours for private events.
